How to complain to a domain name registration

If you learn that someone has registered a domain name that you consider yourself the righteous owner to, i.e. by trademark, product, company name, hallmark etc., you may file a complaint before the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee for .no. Individuals may for instance wish to complain if anyone has registered their personal name, but be aware that it is not obvious who has the strongest right to a person name.
