How to respond to a complaint

When someone files a complaint against your registration of a domain name, you will receive their complaint and possible attachments to it from us by email and regular mail from Norid. A short note of information is also included. You are not obliged to respond to the complaint, but Norid and the dispute resolution body recommend that you take the time to do so.
