NORID undertakes the technical registration for kommune.no.
This means that applications for domain names under this domain are to
be submitted through one of Norid's registrars. The application form and
guidelines used are the same as for the other applications that NORID
receives. NORID will then forward the application to the institution that
manages the domain, and will pass on its reply. If the application is
approved, NORID will complete the registration.
