Generate applicant's declaration form

To make an applicant declaration form you must supply the organization number for the organization applying for the domain, and the name of the person who will sign the form. You also have to supply the domain names you wish to register or transfer. You must always supply your registrar ID. The 'For the Registrar' field is voluntary and can be used for additional information from the registrar to the customer, for instance the registrar's fax number. The information will be inserted on the upper right hand corner of the form.

The tool will check the information you have supplied against the whois database and Brønnøysundregistrene (the Norwegian Register Centre in Brønnøysund). This might take a few seconds. You will have to confirm - and if needed, correct - the information before the form can be generated.
